What Is The Treatment For Dysphagia And Difficulty In Breathing?

I am a 13 year old girl and I m having trouble swallowing and breathing. When I swallow it feels like a lump blocking my throat and when I breathe it makes a sound, like a horse neighing. I am in the middle of a cold but this didn t happen the other days. I ve been taking my medicine and drinking plenty of water. What is this? And what can I do about it?
