Hi, your cyst is in all probability a benign endometriotic cyst. Endometriosis is a condition wherein endometrial tissue is found at sites other than the native uterine cavity. It is a common cause for dysmennorrhoea and menorrhagia. My advice to you would be to visit a gynecologist who will decide whether something needs to be done according to your age(you have'nt mentioned the same). On the other hand, if it is an abscess (unlikely at the site; evaluation will include presence of fever, pain and source of infection), you must undergo an emergent evaluation and therapy.
What you are having is aprt of a problem called endometriosis. It is because of the presence of tissue similar to the lining within your uterus. It will bleed during your periods time. so that blood collects inside making it like a baloon with fluid inside. This is callled a cyst. You don't hav eto worry because the cyst is very small. There is effective treatment in Ayurveda to help clear the problem related to endometriosis. It is good to see a good Ayurvedic physician and undergo treatment for the same. It is likely to take some time but you will get benefited.
Take care.
