What Is The Treatment For Enlarged Prostate And Focal Lesion Shown In Prostate Test?
Hi my father is 67. He is facing urination problems. He has through a prostate test. PSA is 121.6 which makes us very very worried. DR suggested TRUS. The report says - URINARY BLADDER : no evidence of mass and calculus is seen, PROSTATE : The prostate gland is enlarged in size measures approx. 6.2X7.2X7.8 cms approx volume 199cc. It has heterogeneous echotexture with an ill defined hypo-echoic area in right lobe, prostatic capsule adjacent to focal lesion is showing irregularity and thickening. This area measuring approx 38X34 mms. SEMINAL VESICLES : Both seminal vesicles appears consolidated.
