This is what I know so far from actually viewing my report. The right ovary is massively enlarged with solid (solid is what needs to be biopsy) and cystic components measuring 8.6 x 6.7 x 8.8cm. The left ovary measures 6.9 x 4.0 x 6.7 cm and also demonstrates solid and cystic components. Massively enlarged ovaries compatible with ovarian neoplasm or metastases. Adjacent peritoneal irregularity also seen. Tarlov cyst in the sacrum. Colonic diverticulosis.
