What Is The Treatment For Extreme Weakness And High BP?

I am of 70 years. I have tremendous weakness. I can't even feel like walking and feel that I am sinking. I have high BP & Sugar (in control with Med) and TSh = 12.5. I have not yet started taking medicine for TSH. Please advise.

Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer.
Persistent weakness could be because of thyroid & you definitely need medicine for it.
For such patients we Start with 12.5mcg of Thyroxine & than increase it to 25mcg after a week. Continue following up with your physician so that dose could be increased further.
Also test your Vit D3 level to see for any deficiency & treatment accordingly.
