What Is The Treatment For Fissure In Ano With Sentinel Pile?

I am suffering from fissure in Ano with sential piles from 1.5 months. It is not bleeding or severe pain after passing stool but i feel little anal burning sensation. Already i took some medicine antibiotic 7 days twice daily, metronedazol 400 for 7 days and vitamin c tablet. At present i have no severe pain or bleeding but my anus swelling all time.

Hi,
As there is not much pain, fissure in ano is less likely.
But having sentinel piles indicates that there might be having internal piles giving this problem.
As there is no active bleeding you might not require surgery.
Important is to keep your bowel normal.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
