Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

this is common problem many of parents present to me.
It's always advisable and recommended to continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age. Even if the child does not pass stools everyday there is no cause of concern provided there is no distension of abdomen.
I hope fissure in anus has been ruled out.
Don't worry just continue breastfeeding and the bowel habits will regularise.

Take care
