What Is The Treatment For Frequent Urination?
hi over the last week ive had on and off spells of feeling the need to urinate even straight after going ,also with small amounts of discharge ,ive also had on and off headache and fatigue and feeling ill , im male 30 years old ,if you can help thanks

Acute urinary tract infection has to be ruled out here.
For that urine routine microscopic examination should be done.
Second if you are male rule out prostate problem by USG scan...
Check diabetes by random blood sugar estimation.
Sometime anxiety and overactive bladder also can lead frequent urination
