What Is The Treatment For Gastritis?

Hi, I am a 27 yr old male. I have been taking pantoprazole for my gastric problems. It has become worst, i feel gas in stomach. Early morning, it feels like hungry, than immidiatly i have something to eat. The early morning toilet will be full of gas more than faeces. Does g-zyme or unienzyme help me? To know knowledge, these medications will only cure my digestion, and wont heal my gastric problem.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of gastritis which could be due to viral or bacterial infection, acid reflux or peptic ulcer disease. Need not to worry. You should take oral rehydrating solution. I would suggest you to take antacid medicines like ranitidine or pantoprazole. You should take proton pump inhibitors such as ondansetron. You should exercise daily and avoid intake of outside food. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper examination. You should have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. you should take plenty of fluids. Avoid intake of oily, fried and spicy food. Drink plenty of water. Avoid intake of large food at a time. You should take small meals and frequent meals.
