What Is The Treatment For Hard Bump On Shoulder Blade With Bicep Tendinitis Shown In MRI?
Hello, yesterday I hit the back of my shoulder blade and when I woke up the next morning I had a hard boney like bump on my shoulder blade. It doesn't hurt. It moves when I move my arm. I have been have light pain in my shoulder sockets for the last 3 months, had an mi and the doctor just said it was bicep tendinitis. The bump is kinda freaking me out:/
Local injection may help in relieving symptoms as there is no ligament tear.
Medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain, you can take them consulting your treating doctor. You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start TENS ,or ultrasound which is helpful in your case. Cold fomentation will also help. You may need to take rest for early healing.
