What Is The Treatment For Hard, Pus-filled Pocket On Earlobe?
I had a hard pea size pus/ blood filled pocket on my earlob just below where I had my earrings if I would touch it a lot or try to squeeze it the pus pocket would get bigger and go from being invisible to the eye to very noticeable it was really bothering me I sleep on that side to I drained it myself with a sterile needle and go most of it out but it still felt as though there was somthing there the net day I woke up to it be inflamed and red but now I have a very sore lump under my ear right by my jaw ( in the neck area) I'm going to the doctor next week that's as soon as they can get me I because it flu season and they said it didn't sound severe. I'm very concerned because it is not getting better and I'm not sure what else to do anyone have any idea what this could be!? Please help me!
HI Thank for asking to HCM If this is puss inside then it is infection for sure, and that need to be treated, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the antibiotic and the anti-inflammatory drugs and the best drugs would be "Amoxicillin 500g three times in day and the "Diclofenac" 50 mg once in day this will eradicate the infection, nothing to worry about this, take care and have nice day.
