What Is The Treatment For Headache And Dizziness?

a month ago passed out from a headache and dizziness which was put down to stress since then i have had more headaches (not as bad as the first one) but have also been getting pins and needles in my hands and feet and painful finger joints. are these linked or are they just coincidences. ??
