What Is The Treatment For Headache And Vision Disorders?

Hi, a week ago i hit my head climbing up a ladder to a slide, as i pulled myself up the last bit rather quick i did not realise how far i had been leaning back so climb then hit my head quite hard on a wood frame, ever since i have had an on off headache that make my head feel tight, my eyesight isnt brilliant but it seems slightly worse therefore meeting my glasses more, i can still see fine and its not too fuzzy, do i need to worry
