What Is The Treatment For Headache, Dizziness, Ringing Ears After Head Injury?

I have had a headache for the past three days. Along with this I have been feeling sick to my stomach and dizzy. At times there is also a ringing in my ears. It has all began to occur after I hit the lower section of my head on the corner of a desk... Help?

It seems that the injury was significant. You should consider getting a CT scan of the head done as the symptoms are persisting for 3 days. Look out for the warning signs as diplopia, fainting speels and imbalance.
