What Is The Treatment For Headache?

I've had dent in my head for abou six months. It gives me horrible headaches and I don't feel the same as I did before it started forming it feels like I have soft spot at the of it. It feels as if it gets deeper when I have these excruciating headaches. I can't focus at school, I get irritable I don't feel the need to do anything. It's worrying it's really deep to. It's on the crown of my head

Since you have mentioned that you are having difficulty in focussing and seeing objects, this indicates that it is probably refractive error.
This requires treatment by spectacles after examination by a eye doctor or optometrist.
