What Is The Treatment For Headache?

I m feel as if my veins are swelling in my brain and when they do hurt I have to massage my head to treat the pain for a moment then it comes right back. I m 20 female and pregnant so I figured it was case from the blood increase but I m doubting that now because the veins hurt very bad and I feel like I taste a weird taste also when they start hurting bad please help what should I do
