Hi,

I had gone through your case and understand your concern.
Flu like symptoms after the vaccine is a quite common side effect.
Don't worry generally.
It is not serious and should go by itself within a few days, but if it is getting away or the child is not able to breathe properly you must consult your doctor immediately.
Otherwise, you can wait for 3-4 days if it's a mild flu and can give paracetamol and the child should be fine thanks

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
