Dear sir , my age is 24 male i have high blood pressure 150/80 some times 160/80 but now for a month and a half iam experiencing heart palpitations sensitivity to light flashes in eyes and feeling sometimes that i wold faint in public areas so my doctor suggested cbc tests PA view and 2decho Cbc test showed thyroid normal sugar normal only wbc count was 11200 , PA view showed bronchovascular prominence is seen and 2decho report stated tachycardia is noted pls advice

Regular exercise such as brisk walking for at least 30 minutes per day 2. Consume a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy products. 3.
