What Is The Treatment For Hypothyroidism , Headache And Lower Back Pain?

I m 19 I have hypothyroidism an I take medicine since I was 8 years old, But here lately I ve been in pain my pelvis hurts on my left side, my left side hurts, my breast are sore when you touch them or lay on them, I get random headaches, my lower an upper abdomen hurt, I get dizzy sometimes while standing, I have lower back pain, I get nauseated, I have bloating, I gained weight, My breast have gotten bigger, Sometimes I take my birth control an sometimes I don t, I m tired a lot more, I can t stand the smell of fish anymore, I can t fit most of my clothes, But I took a pregnancy test an it said negative I took it on the 23rd of July but had sex again on the 21st of July but my pelvis started to hurt when we were having sex.
