Hi, I am Hamsa My mother in law went tmt test the report is tmt inconclusive for inducible ischemia ,and inadiquate heart rate thr achived 80% ,maximum bp 160/80 .Currently she is taking Angigem 90mg/per day .what's that report shows wht is the treatment. thank u
The test is saying that there is no conclusive evidence of blockages of the arteries of the heart, but that being said, it was a suboptimal test, because we want to achieve more thn 100% or the target heart rate; so it still leaves us with the question: is there evidence of blockages if she reaches those heart rates? A chemical stress test can be considered to increase the heart rate to desired levels.
Hope this helps, wish you the best,
