I really appreciate your concern, actually underlying cause of low count of sperm need to be known, along with that complete case history may be needed, like age of patient, married life, previous history of disease of injury, previous history of conception, etc. in my opinion you need to see the urologist hope this information helps, take care, (Actually sperm is matter of concern and semen contains this )
