Transcribing operative note. Pre-op diagnosis: Right inflammatory joint disease including the radiocarpal, intercarpal and distal radioulnar joint in addition to left shoulder impingement. It sounds like the physician is using a lymphatic wrist tower ? Is this correct?

If it is Rheumatoid, it needs to be treated with Methotrexate and Sulfasalazine. If it is Gout, it needs Allopurinol. If it is Osteoarthritis, steroids can benefit.
