What Is The Treatment For Irregular Periods And Headache?

I have irregular periods...but the past week when we have had intercourse i have felt really nauseous and tired...we r not doin anything different ..over also been experiencing headaches...and sleeplessness at night...I ve been having crampin in my left abdomen started this month and leg spasms what could be going on?

Here according to history following work up is necessary...
-Pelvic and per speculum examination
-USG
-Thyroid profile
-hormonal profile if needed
-Pap smear if needed etc...

According to cause specific treatment can be instituted...

For enometriosis and for hormonal imbalance problem, suitable hormonal pill might prescribed...

If needed and suitable than for irregular period primolute like synthetic progesterone can be prescribed
