Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi,

The pain in the knee can be due to weakness of the muscles of the knee and the joint reduced space due to it. Doing static Quadriceps, static hamstring, straight leg raise, hip strengthening exercises and core stability exercise should help yield good results. To take the exercise and strengthening program to next level a balance board training will be good.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
