What Is The Treatment For Leg Bone Fracture?

I broke two leg bones one on each side of my ankle I have been down over three months I had surg and a late and screws was put in on one side of my ankle and two pins was put on other side im still haven pain and at night my ankle burns so bad and all the way to my toes feels like pins and needles I cant sleep cause its worse if any thing touches it even my blankets my dr wont give me any more pain pills and the nurse told me she didn t know what to tell me I see him sept 29 and she said to ask him then I told the dr I didn t want Norco case when I ran out two months ago I was haven with drawls so he gave me tramadol so I was only taking them at night so what can I do or take Ibuprofen helps a little and I have tried other things for pain but nothing else works
