What Is The Treatment For Little Flashes And Pain In The Eye?
Hi. Earlier today I was sitting down and stretching. When I finished my stretch, I saw multiple flashing little spots moving downward for about 10 seconds or so. After that I have had no more symptoms. I did notice my eye was a little achy earlier today a few hours before the little flashers. I haven't had much rest the last couple of days so should I be concerned?

Light flashes is sign of retinal electrical irritation like retinal tear,retinal inflammation etc. Light flashes can also be seen in neurological irritation brain, like in migraine,meningitis etc.
If it due to retinal tear, it is an ocular emergency.
