I have been reading about this on line and I do have Osteo Arthritis in my hips, fingers and thumb also in some of my toes. I also know that I have blood leaking in my urine and have had that for years. I am not a drinker as it read some people with this low Albumin are. Could you tell me what I need to do for this. My doctor thinks I may not be getting enough protein.
