Hello
thanks for using health care magic

As you are 35 weeks pregnant, the back pain is definitely due to the weight of the pregnancy that is exerting on you.

Lying down, taking tylenol and in a good dose will help you but you have to understand that its due to the pregnancy to be psychological prepare as well.

If the pains are associated with fever, cough, painful urination or other symptoms, then detail examination has to be carried out.

If after taken the tylenol and having rest, the pain does not at least reduce, then you should see your doctor.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
