What Is The Treatment For Lung Disease?

i have restricted lung disease. i am on oxygen all the time now. my breathing is getting worse. they told me that mt diaphram is pushed into my right lung that i need surgery. at this time within the last 2-3 weeks is getting worse. my feet and legs are swelled real bad and hurt real bad.i was told today that i needed to go into 5 the hospital. this is because he said that they could do better test. he said that it might even be my heart, blood clot. i have real bad circulation in my legs especially the right one. i would really like to have a second opinion on all this.

I can understand your concern.
Restrictive lung disease can lead to right sided heart failure and cor pulmonale.
This will in turn cause lower limb edema.
So in my opinion, you should get done 2d echo for the diagnosis of cor pulmonale.
You will need diuretics for this.
For lung condition, lung transplant is the only option for restrictive lung disease.
So better to enroll in transplant registry.
