What Is The Treatment For Men Infertility?
hi
i m a married woman of 3 years.we were trying for a baby from last 2 months.after some tests we got to know that my husbands sperm count is nil and his testicular biopsy is also negative.now our doctor suggested us IUI and for that he recommended Siphene 100.i want to ask is it safe? what are the chances to concieve with IUI or should i go with IVF?

IVF IS THE TREATMENT OF CHOICE.
HE COULD TAKE HMG injection to improve his sperm count.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET SPERMS WITH THIS INJECTION FOR IVF.
IUI should be done with donor sperm.
if IVF is not possible you can try this as an alternative.
