Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to orthostatic hypotension.

I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:

- a complete blood count for anemia
- Head Up Tilt test for possible orthostatic hypotension
- blood electrolytes
- kidney and liver function tests
- thyroid hormone levels.

If orthostatic intolerance is excluded, I would recommend performing a brain MRI for possible intracranial hypotension, which can lead to this symptomatology.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best wishes,

Dr. Aida
