My name is nicole and im about to turn 18 in october, and I have been having bad migraines the whole month everyday nothing seems to help. The pain is a tighting/throbbing type of pain and on a scale of 1 to 10 it is a 10! But my blood pressure is 133/78 with the heart rate of 59. what can be causing me to be having these migraines?

I am sorry Nicole for the continuous pain you are in.
There are many different causes behind a headache. It may be at times induced by stress, lack of sleep, exhaustion etc, but also related to disorders of the brain, infections, problems related to eyes, ear, teeth, neck etc. Some of those causes can be removed, some can only be eased or reduced in frequency.
Being there so many different causes it's difficult to give you a definite answer without examining you. I wouldn't won't to get you panicked, it could simply be a tension type headache, the most common headache disorder, but since you say you've had this pain for the course of a whole month and you describe it as of a very high intensity, I really think you should be examined by a doctor, preferably a neurologist, to identify the sort of your headache, what causes it and the course of treatment.
Our panel will always be here to answer to any other questions you might have. I hope you will feel better soon.
