mild diffuse disc bulge with ventral thecal sac indentation from c3-4 to c6-7 intervertebral disc levels ; subcentimeteres neural sleeve cysts along the bilateral c6,7 and 8 levels ; facet arthopathy bilaterly at c3-4 and c4-5 levels;mild diffuse disc bulge with ventral thecal sac indentation at l4-l5 intervertebral disc levels;no spinal cord /nerve root compression

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having cervical spondylitis. In this condition there is nerve compression in the spine and that causes pain and tingling and numbness in shoulder and hand. To confirm this diagnosis you will need MRI.
I would like to suggest you to follow these stages.
1.Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine tablet daily.
2.Soft cervical collar.
3Intermittent cervical traction exercises.
4. Avoid using very high pillow.
