What Is The Treatment For Mild Mitral And Tricuspid Regurgitation?
What is the treatment for mild mitral and tricuspid regurgitation with mild concentric lvh and grade 1 diastolic abnormality. I was hospitalized for a possible stroke and my echocardiogram produced these results. I am 32 yr old female and i have chest pain shortness of breath fainting episodes nausea vomiting on occasion and just overall dont feel like im in good health
Dear Mrs, Mild mitral and tricuspidal regurgitations are not serious and don't need treatment. They usually don't cause symptoms. For diastolic disfunction and LVH I would advise you to discuss with your doctor further examinations to find out the cause. Your symptoms can be caused also from anxiety.
Wish you good health
