Tachycardia may be due to anti-hypertensive drugs, acute anxiety/mental stress or
hyperthyroidism.
Ask your doctor to add/increase the dose of Beta-blockers, which will reduce the
heart rate.
If have mental stress/chronic anxiety, anti-depressant + anti-anxiety drugs will curb your anxiety and keep it under check.
Get Thyroid
hormonal test done to rule out/diagnose hyperthyroidism.
PPIs +
metoclopramide will relieve your abdominal symptoms.
