What Is The Treatment For Minor Infection In The Eye?

For the past 6 months I have had off and on minor infections in my eye. These red circle forms around my eye and red veins start to join. It s causing it to have discharge in my eye and constant watering. It happens for a few days and then goes away. Each time it happens the more days it takes to go away.. What is this?
