What Is The Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting?

Hi there, i went to a club 2 nights ago - this is not very rare but i have never acted the way i did. i have no memory of the night but my friends tell i was behaving very strangely. this led them and the cloak room attendant to believe that either i had taken some drugs or my drink was spiked. an ambulance was called because of my abnormal behavior and constant vomiting. however 2 days on i still have an awful headache that makes me unstable when i stand, nausea and a constantly cold with sweating and shaking - as a result i have been unable to sleep or eat. was i spiked and what can i do to improve my health?

The history you have provided by you is suggestive that there might be drugged drinks that you had, although you should have noted the findings of the Doctors you were taken in an Ambulance to.Well, I would advise you the following:

- Consult the Doctor you were taken to, discuss what the clinical evaluation was, the investigations and further management that they must have advised you.
- Follow the guidelines strictly and you will be fine.
