.hi, Doctor. am 23(male) year am suffring from non bleeding piles from last 2-3 years,but from last 5 months it feels like burning & itching mostly when sit on chair while bowel moment it burning little. it never bleeds but inside anus having a small size of beans.

It may be anal fissure. Get your digital rectal examination done by a qualified surgeon. Apply lignocaine ointment before defecation till then.
