Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As due to direct impact there will be mild cerebral edema and due to which you will feel tired and numbness. Wait and watch for any symptoms of brain injury like redness of eye, clot formation at the forehead, etc.

If the symptoms of brain Injury are negative then with rest and good fluid consumption you should be fine. I don't think about the history you need to visit the ER.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
