What Is The Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

Hi Sir, I am Dr Niamatullah from Afghanistan , i have 2 months and 14 days male child who have pain & burning sensetion during urination, i did the lab exam and the result shows : red cells (10-12), pus cells (8-10) and color is yellow and apearance of urin is clean. He is delivered under C.S in hospital and in first week of life he got I.V anti-biotic for mentioned problem. Could you please advise me ASAP regarding his treatment.

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week.

I also recommend using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
