Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain behind the ear which is due to post auricular lymph node infection, acute mastoiditis, post-auricular lymphadenitis, abscess , sebaceous cysts , lymphadenopathy, infected lipoma and dermoid cyst. But in you case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to either sebaceous cysts or lymphadenopathy. I would suggest you not to worry about it. You should visit ENT Specialist once and get investigation done by FNAC Biopsy. Start treatment after proper examination. You should take proper course of antibiotic as well. Avoid touching or pricking with any sharp object. You can go for incision and drainage as well if it is due to any type of bump.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
