hey, i am 55 year old and my weight is 85kg,5.3''height. i have pain in my right hib and same knee .i had pain in right side hibs last 4years but now it is normal but when pull or down some heavy things then i have pain in my hibs and i have pain in right knee also but not in the centre when i climbing up only then i have pain and when i get up and down my knee sounds and i checked some doctors but they said i have gap in my knee so i am asking you what is the treatment of my knee.
