Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Praveen G's Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, I have reviewed your query and understand your agony. As you tored your back muscle in an car accident, it is causing all these symptoms. The symptoms are persisting for all these years suggest me that you had a very bad tear of muscle. These back muscles are very important as they maintain the your posture and these muscles are frequently put into use. I think you have not taken proper rest during the injury and the strained muscle has not healed properly. For your problem you may consult the orthopedic surgeon for proper advise and treatment. As you are nearing 40 years of age it is good to approach him at the earliest. Hope you got the answer for your question. Thank you.
