HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that your symptoms are related to pleuritis. The pleura are linings on the outside of the lungs.

Pleuritis is inflammation of these linings. It causes chest pain that can be worse on laughing or coughing.

There are different possible causes such as: (1) infection

(2) collagen vascular disease such as lupus, RA

(3)inhalation of toxic chemicals

(4)cancer

(5)heart failure

(6)trauma

It would be best to visit your doctor to determine what is the cause in your case.
This assessment would involve a history, examination of the chest and likely imaging tests.

I hope this helps
