What Is The Treatment For Pain In Shoulder And Lower Back?
Everytime I m laying down I can t find the right position to sleep because my shoulders are always hurting they feel tired / weak. It s the back of the shoulder the right and left side of the spine. Also if I lay on my back my lower back begins to hurt like pain. And when I bend down to pick something up when I come back up the pain comes back in my lower back.

Hi...
Your pain in the shoulder and back could be due to spasm in the muscles and soreness... It is common to get soreness if your activity level increased suddenly or due to bad posture.. I suggest you to.. Ice up your low back and shoulder frequently... stretch your shoulder.. low back... upper back... frequently... to ease your pain off.. Engage in strength and stability training for your upper and lower back.. Like retraction exercises for your upper back and extension based exercises for your low back... core retraining is necessary... flexibility exercises in hamstring gluteus... quads...to be done regularly . I suggest you to sleep with neck support and a pillow under your knee....
