If I were your doctor, I would advise you for a routine complete blood count, urine routine and culture sensitivity test, an ultrasound abdomen, followed by a clinical examination by a surgeon/gynaecologist to rule out any intra abdominal pathology or a pelvic inflammatory disease. I would also give you a dose of deworming drug. I would suggest you not to eat from outside your home if you do to prevent some intestinal infections from unhygienically cooked food. My further management would depend on the reports of investigation and clinical examination.
