Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having chronic rhino-sinusitis with bilateral eustachian tube inflammation. I would prescribe you , Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop , stop using ear bud keep ear dry don t allow water inside , use ear drop ciplox D , combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast & Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin . Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential. Hope this helps , Thanks.
