What Is The Treatment For Patient With Scan Report Deviated Nasal Septum With Sinonaasal Polyposis?

ct pns plain (coronal view) report says deviated nasal septum with sinonaasal polyposis with blocked OM complexes with small left concha bulitis.mucosl thickening along nasal septum ,ethmoid sinuses ,nasal cavity,Scan was done because patient (73 year old) sufferred nose block especilly in night with mouth breathing. Pl advise

as per report there is no option left instead of surgery
patient need endoscopic surgery
fess is functional endoscopic surgery which is less invasive and has no complications
we need to clear sinuses polyps and blocked ostia and dns correction which all can be done in single sitting
