What Is The Treatment For Pile With Hard Stool And Pain While Bowel Movement?

hello doctor,i have been suffering from piles for the past 1 month,im taking siddha medicines for the same but there is no improvement.6 years back i had the same problem but slowly recovered after taking abhayarishtam.i always pass hard stools and suffer a lot of pain but there is no bleeding,please help

I had gone through the history given here, it is not advisable to take any purgative or laxative form any system of medicine but the best treatment for the hemorrhoid or anything for that but the best is to go for surgery it is the only that can cure the hemorrhoid from grass routed level.
And for the hard stool you can try Isabgol powder at bed time, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, keep the regular habit for defection even if you do not want to go for that still be inside and sit there for some time, no matter if you do not pass the stool.
