Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sudden sensorineural hearing loss and poor stability. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , some kind of growth in middle ear , fluid in middle ear ( Meniere's disease ) or hearing loss . You should not ignore this , because sometimes the condition get complicated .Treatment is with antibiotics, steroids and labrynthine sedatives for 6 to 8 weeks following vestibular rehabilitation exercises , Doctor may also recommend intra-typmpanic steroid along with antiemetic drugs . All this needs clinical evaluation and medical assistance.Consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly. Doctor may also recommend hearing aid.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
